Twitter Has a Voice in Federal Court (Law.com)

A judge for the U.S. District Court of Kansas let a reporter publish messages on Twitter directly from the courtroom where a gang trial was under way. But some federal judges still fear electronic messaging will lead to more intrusive types of coverage, such as TVs in the courtrooms.
