No appeal of dismissed conviction in MySpace case (Suburban Journals)

Prosecutors say they will not appeal the dismissal of Lori Drew’s convictions in a MySpace hoax directed at 13-year-old Megan Meier, a Dardenne Prairie resident who committed suicide in 2006.
